    Presenting a one-day, six hour training to bring the 21st Century clinician up to date on current research related to advances in our understanding of the importance of emotional granularity in mental well-being, resilience and effective utilization of emotional skills. This course will provide practical tools and approaches to transfer the key knowledge base to clients in a readily applicable way and to address motivational complexities and resistances to change.
